"Campaign Kickstart & Progress System” for New Members

Hey team. first off, just want to say I genuinely appreciate everything this community is building. The program already delivers more than promised, and this new feedback + roadmap system is a clear reflection of how committed you are to making everyone here successful. Big love for that 🙌

Now, here’s a thought from someone who’s been inside for ~3 months…

I’ll take full ownership here - I still haven’t launched a campaign, and that’s 100% on me. No excuses.

That said… I’ve realized something:
Even if I had launched by now, my first few campaigns would likely have been weak - messaging, targeting, systems - and I would've just wasted more time failing in isolation. Because I've done this a lot of time in the past.

So here's the feedback:

Create a “Campaign Kickstart System” for all new members.

We've all been sending emails since years, for us or for clients. But for us now, I think we need something that practically enforces execution - helping everyone get from zero to a live, functional, result-producing cold email campaign ASAP. Everybody is here for a reason. Some of them have now even surpassed expectations by sheer discipline and consistency. COngrats to them. But still, majority of us are here struggling. That's why we joined this beast, and I'm happy with that. So this system can do us wonder if we... gamify(?) it lol.

Could include:

A Kickstart Intake Form where we submit all the vital info (offer, niche, list, systems, etc.)

A hybrid support process (some automation + some human input) that ensures:

  • Copy + inbox settings

  • Campaign launch

  • Follow-up structure

  • Calendar/meeting prep

  • Onboarding readiness

  • A visual progress bar or dashboard, like a course, where we track our milestone completions.

  • In short, a virtual first kick to throw one away from the beach to the depth of the sea lol.

Honestly - you already do this for the DFY inboxes (which is awesome). Imagine expanding that same frictionless handover system to launching a first campaign. It could force momentum and get every member past the hardest first part, which is, a successful first launch.

I really think this could 10x member results, retention, and success stories.

Appreciate everything you’re already doing.

PS; the whole motivation behind this was, a lack of system to write an offer/copy (due to lack of time for those already working for others but want to build their own)
